All In Good Health
Meet Jillian Goodman
Your Partner & Functional Nutritionist
My path to functional nutrition was built on curiosity, courage, and a deepening conviction that women deserve better support for their health.
Originally from Massachusetts, I spent over a decade in Boston’s corporate world — primarily in the footwear industry after graduating from Babson College — while quietly building a parallel life in wellness. I pursued a health coaching certification on nights and weekends, taught yoga and spin, and worked with female clients on nutrition and overall well-being.
In 2018, I relocated to Portland, Oregon, to join Nike, but felt a persistent pull toward more meaningful work. I left corporate life to enroll in the Clinical Nutrition and Functional Medicine program at the University of Western States, earning my Master’s degree in June 2024 — all while welcoming two children along the way.
Now I lead All In Good Health, a functional nutrition practice rooted in the belief that every person's health story is unique and worth exploring. I work with a wide range of clients and conditions, but my deepest passion lies in female health — hormones, fertility, and perinatal nutrition. Having navigated two pregnancies while immersed in the science of nutrition, I experienced firsthand how underserved women are during some of the most demanding seasons of their lives. That gap became my calling.
Philosophy
I pride myself on being knowledgeable, personal, and empathetic. In working together, my primary goal is for each client to feel truly understood. I meet clients where they are, recognizing that change doesn’t always come easily, but is always worth it.
